PRODUCER
This winery was founded in 1932, and specialises in the Côtes de Thongue area between the small town of Pézenas and the Mediterranean coast.
VINEYARD
The vines are planted on clay/limestone sites a few kilometres from the Etang de Thau and its famous oyster beds.
WINERY
The grapes are given a few hours’ skin maceration before pressing and two stages of cold settling. The wine fermented at 16oC and was bottled without malolactic fermentation.
