The vineyard of Vistaflor is planted high upon the plateau of Agrelo at the foot of the Andes, on an ancient river-bed.
VINEYARD
The vines have to struggle to survive searing days and ice-cold nights. This healthy dry climate and limited harvest produces wines of exceptional concentration and fruit.
WINERY
The wine underwent a seven-day fermentation period at a temperature of 25°C. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation were 100% natural.
