TASTING NOTE
Pale golden colour, with fresh, fruity aromas of nectarine, melon and citrus. Elegant in the mouth, with fine bubbles, good complexity and a long, crisp finish. Traditional method, aged for a minimum of 12 month.

Jean-Louis Denois is a sixth-generation Champenois, from a long established Champagne family. In 1981 he established his own winery in Fère-en-Tardenois, twenty miles outside the Champagne region.
