matured for 12 months in a tun.

Poultry, Lean fish, Mild and soft cheese, Aperitif.

The Domaine du Daley was founded in 1392, making it the oldest commercial entity in Switzerland. It stands on an historic site overlooking Lake Geneva. It is situated in the heart of the terraced vineyards of Lavaux, a UNESCO world heritage site.
We produce the finest wines according to a philosophy of quality and respect for the environment, working by hand on the vines and in the cellar, with small yields and long maturation times, ranging from 11 to 22 months to improve the wines. All the wines come from the grapes of our vines on the property, matured and bottled on the Estate. We grow 12 grape varieties on 15 hectares divided into 5 appellations, including 7 hectares situated immediately around the Estate.
All in all, 18 different Grands Crus are prepared with respect for each terroir, authentic wines providing a range of aromas, flavours and structures that we invite you to discover.

All our wines come from the grapes of the Estate, grown on our vines on the property, and are matured in wooden tuns or barrels from 11 to 22 months before being bottled on the Estate. The Grande Réserve range includes wines matured for 11 to 22 months in barrels (or partly in barrels depending on the wines) and developing more complex structures, unfiltered in the case of the red wines.

Various grape varieties are grown here, such as Chasselas, Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Gamay, Gamaret, Garanoir, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah. More than 13 hectares combined in Lavaux for 4 appellations :Villette, Epesses, St-Saphorin and Lutry, as well as two further hectares situated on the Coteaux de l’Orbe in the case of the old Gamay vines. The wines are the result of sustainable farming, including cultivating the soil and harvesting the grapes by hand in order to extract the best fruit possible, allowing each its own unique terroir flavour, all classified as “Grand Cru”.

After a vinetage 2015 while power, 2016 seemed very slender to the harvest.
Records of rains and bays bursting records of size, we had to work on the extraction and the
concentration leaving the first juices, in the end, to present a fine vinetage, juicy and very elegant.
Pinot Noir regains its optimal balance while freshness.
