PRODUCER
For centuries, making wine has been as both an art and a tradition for the Marès family. Cyril Marès is a sixth-generation winemaker and in charge of Mas des Bressades, a domaine founded by his father in 1964.
VINEYARD
The estate is located between Nîmes and the Rhône, and the vineyards are characterised by siliceous Rhône pebbles.
WINERY
Fermentation was at controlled temperatures in stainless steel. The wine saw no oak, instead being aged in concrete tanks to emphasise the fruit.
