TASTING NOTES
This red wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere and a small amount of Syrah. The blackcurrant flavours of the Cabernet are complemented by the savoury notes of Merlot and spicy character of the Syrah. This wine is persistent in the mouth and will stand up well to spicier dishes.
