A beautiful pale pink colour, with a delicate aroma of spring flowers and orchard fruit, refined bubbles, and a crisp fruity finish.

PRODUCER
The wine is produced at a specialised sparkling winery in Acqui, a known centre for spumante production in north-west Italy.
VINEYARD
The grapes were hand-harvested in mid-September from vines grown on calcareous soil.
WINERY
After a brief maceration to extract colour, the juice was fermented to create a base wine, then underwent a second fermentation in tank under pressure to form the bubbles. Part-way through, the fermentation was halted, to leave some residual sweetness in the wine, which was was then filtered and bottled under pressure.
